Practice SchedulePractice Schedule
All practices held at Andher park (294 W 3200 S) unless we have bad weather, and then we will be at the LDS church to the west of the park Scroll to bottom for daily schedules Please remember that due to the limited amount of practices, actors and stage crew members must be at every practice! (contact Emily or Lori if health issues arise) The amount of practices your child will need to attend, will depend on the type of part they have.... Main Leads: Need to be at every practice, typically 8am-11:30pm. This will give us time to rehearse lines, learn songs & dances and work on costuming. If we finish early, we will dismiss them. This is different than in the past, so please let us know if a conflict arises! Stage Crew: Please be at the park each day at 7:30am to help set up. You will then run blocking with the kids on stage, help put things away and be assigned different projects to work on. Plan on staying until at least 9:30am each day. Speaking parts within groups: Need to be at their Group rehearsal every day and some blocking rehearsals (8-9:30 am) See group schedule below On the days they come to blocking practice (8-9:30), they ALSO need to stay for their group rehearsal- or leave and come back at the correct time. Group part only (no speaking lines): Only need to come for the one group practice each day (aka 9:30-10:00am). The exception to this is June 18th and 19th where everyone will need to stay from 9:00am-12pm for our tech/dress rehearsals. If we are done early we will let you know to come and get them. Scroll down for daily group schedule For all rehearsals: Please have your children at the park 5 min before their practice is scheduled to begin. Each group is assigned a color. Your child can find their group by looking for a flag in their color. Also they will either meet at the Clubhouse (white building at Andher park, right on 3200, west of the baseball diamond) or on the Stage (middle of Andher park). If you leave children at the park to wait for other siblings, please make sure they know what time to be at their own practice.
